AI Evaluation (Free): The AI evaluation service is completely free and does not require any payment. No refunds apply.

Teacher Evaluation (Paid): When you pay for a teacher evaluation, you are paying for a professional review of your essay or precis.

• Before teacher acceptance: Full refund available if the teacher has not accepted your submission within 24 hours.
• After teacher acceptance: No refunds once the teacher has accepted and begun reviewing your submission.
• Teacher decline: If the teacher declines your submission, you will receive a full refund.
• Assignment expired: If the teacher does not accept within 24 hours, the assignment expires and you receive a full refund.

How to request a refund: Contact us at contactus@alamkitab.com with your essay ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Accepted Methods: We accept payments via Easypaisa bank transfer. All payments are processed securely.

Payment Confirmation: After making a payment, please submit your transaction ID or upload a screenshot of the payment confirmation. Your submission will be assigned to a teacher only after payment confirmation.

Payment Security: Your payment details are handled securely. We do not store your financial information on our servers.

Pricing Transparency: The total price displayed includes the teacher’s evaluation fee plus a small platform maintenance fee. There are no hidden charges.

Information We Collect: We collect your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your essay or precis submissions. This information is necessary for providing evaluation services.

How We Use Your Information: Your submissions are used solely for evaluation purposes – either by our AI system or by teachers. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All connections are encrypted using SSL/TLS.

Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Data Retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time.

Acceptance of Terms: By using Alamkitab CSS Prep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

User Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the essays and precis you submit. By submitting, you grant us permission to use your content for the purpose of evaluation.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to submit plagiarised, offensive, or illegal content. You also agree not to attempt to manipulate the evaluation system.
